There are stakeholders who determine the future of the organization by outlining their mission, vision and goals that have to be met over a given period. On the other hand, there are managers who are involved in the day to day activities to see the company in operation (Thompson, Strickland, Gamble, 2008, Chapter 9). Among their duties is to supervise their employees by assigning tasks and monitoring their progress. They are also involved in creating working strategies that are to be followed by the employees. It is the planning process and execution that defines a successful organization to a failing one.A new strategy brings new ways of doing things that can impact on the way people do their daily business. These activities define their culture and traditions th at have been there for long. Conflicts will always emerge in such instances because people are reluctant to change. On the other hand, it is the duty of the manager to come up with a strategy that will attract minimum conflict and measures to combat it effectively (Thompson, Strickland, Gamble, 2008, Chapter 10). Among the measures is to involve other team members in decision making process. This means that they will share their ideas and suggest on ways that are both economical and competitive while utilizing the available resources. Training also prepares the employees and other stakeholders on the strategy.We have also learned that there are many departments involved in making all organizational plans succeed. They have to work together even though they are independent in terms of their roles. It is the mission and vision of the organization that bind them together. They have o also consider the resources allocated to them when laying operational strategies and meeting deadlines (Thompson, Strickland, Gamble, 2008, Chapter 11). It is very important to meet deadlines at all times by properly managing time. A manager should be well equipped with reliable resources, among them being human labor. It is regarded as one of the easily available resources, but finding the best person for the job turns out to be the main challenge.The relationship between the manager and employees influences how long they are likely to continue working together. When the manager treats his/her employeeà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s right by employing strategies to retain them, they will be there to support the company. This will be their new home and will always strive to be part of it (Thompson, Strickland, Gamble, 2008, Chapter 10). Some of the strategies to retain good employees include better working conditions, good compensation in terms of finance and time. When these issues are addressed, the employees will create a good rapport and they will always look out for each otherà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s inter est because they know their affairs affect them directly or indirectly.A manager should incorporate various action agendas when executing strategies. He/she should be a leader who can command change without necessarily attracting conflicts from other stakeholders (Thompson, Strickland, Gamble, 2008, Chapter 11). Such a leader should have a reputation for success, so that employees can exercise absolute trust on the decision made. The organizations should also install system that work in hand with their traditions and culture. The new technology should not be a plan to undermine other peopleà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s duties and responsibilities in as much as the behavioral structure is concerned.
